Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations We ship to 29 countries worldwide from South Africa. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Times
- South Africa: 3–7 business days
- Africa (regional): 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or customs processing.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Risthas is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@risthas.co.za within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
