Cacao benefits

• Naturally occurring plant compounds: cacao contains flavanols, plant compounds with antioxidant properties. Their levels vary with processing and the amount of cacao used.
• Flavanols and circulation: cacao flavanols have been studied for their potential benefits for blood-vessel function and blood flow. These findings do not establish the same effects from this latte, whose flavanol content has not been verified.

How to prepare

For a starting serving, mix 1–2 teaspoons with a little warm milk to form a smooth paste. Gradually whisk in the rest of the milk, using approximately 200ml in total. Adjust the amount of blend to your preferred strength and sweeten to taste.
